By clicking on the Continue button I enter into an agreement with Peter Roos of Deltaworks BV / Samplicity and accept the following statements:

• I am purchasing a license to use the files on the disc, I will not own them.
• I will not make copies of the disc or individual files on the disc in order to give them to other people.
• I am allowed to make a copy of the disc for backup purposes only. I will store this copy in a safe location, where other people cannot access it in order to make copies.
• The disc that I will receive will be created uniquely for me and will contain my name, address and product key information. All audio files are digitally signed with my name and the product key. Illegal copies of this disc can be traced back to me.
• I accept the materials on the disc "as is" and and accept that they are not guaranteed to be fit for any specific purpose.
• If the disc becomes unreadable, I can request a replacement disc for nominal (shipping) costs.
